Can I use a Marcotte Library video conferencing room if I didn’t reserve it?
Answer
Yes. If there is not currently a reservation in the room, you’re free to use it. Please ask at the desk to have it unlocked for you. Staff will let you know about any upcoming reservations for which you might need to vacate the room.
Existing reservations take precedence over drop-in uses. Please be sure to reserve the room you want through UC's 25Live in order to ensure that the room you want is available when you need it.
