How can I reserve a Marcotte Library video conferencing room?
Answer
Our video conferencing rooms are available through the University of Cincinnati’s 25Live reservation system. These are rooms CCEJONES 120B and CCEJONES 120C. Please note that reservations submitted less than one business day in advance may not be approved.
To reserve the room you’d like, click the hamburger menu labeled “More” in the upper right corner of 25Live and sign in.
After signing in, search for location “CCEJONES 120” and select your preferred room.
Next, select the time and date you’d like to reserve and fill out the Event Wizard.
We’ll be in contact regarding your reservation within one business day.
