What if the link in my Canvas course to a library resource is not working?

There are many reasons a library resource may not be working.
The first step is to notify the course instructor of the error so that they can update the link in their course materials.
When reporting issues be sure to share any of the following information:
- Link location: Is it on a web page, a Canvas module, discussion board, etc.?
- What you were trying to access? Ex: a library database, book information, website?
- What happened when you clicked the link? Did you get an error message?
- Take screenshots if possible.
Use the links to troubleshoot, get additional help or report problems.
