I'm a Paralegal student at UC Clermont. How can I access Lexis+ or Lexis Advanced?

Answer

UC Libraries does not provide access to Lexis+ to all students.

Students at UC Clermont only receive access through enrollment in the Legal Research course (PARA1011). Those enrolled in that courses should reach out to their instructor for more information on using that resource. If you are not enrolled in that course, you can use one of are legal databases such as NexisUni or Hein Online. These resources can be found on the Paralegal Studies research guide.

Student enrolled in the Law school have more access to Lexis and other legal research tools. Contact the Law library for more details.
