Where can I locate legal treatises?

You can find legal treatises in the library database Nexis Uni. To use Nexis Uni to locate these materials, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to library's A-Z database listings, and locate Nexis Uni. A link to this page is provided.
Note: It is important to access the resource through the library's database listings (rather than just Googling Nexis Uni) to ensure you're given access to the tool through your University of Cincinnati affiliation.
- Using the front search box, enter your search topic.
- On the left, click more under the different source types.
- Once available, select Law Reviews and Journals…
- Click on Source Type to un collapse.
- Check Treatises & Guides under Source Types
