Can I reserve a video conferencing room at UC Clermont’s Marcotte Library?
Answer
Students can reserve the room using the touch screen as you enter or the room or by using outlook calendar with the locations Conf Rm-CC Jones Library 120b (ccjones120b) or Conf Rm-CC Jones Library 120c (ccjones120c).
- Using Outlook with your UC account, create a new event.
- Give your event a name, date, and time frame.
Note: The study rooms can only be booked 90 days in advance for 240 minute intervals.
- Under "Add a room or location", search for Conf Rm-CC Jones Library 120b (ccjones120b) or Conf Rm-CC Jones Library 120c (ccjones120c). The scheduler will display green if the room is available and red if it currently booked.
- Send your event to the scheduler. You will receive an email confirming or denying your event.
Technology cords, mice, keyboards, and dry-erase markers are available to check out at the information desk for use within the rooms.
