How do I reserve a UCBA Library study room?
Answer
The UCBA Library has 8 study rooms available for UC student use only. Please go to UCBA Library Study Room online reservation system to make a reservation.
- Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and can be reserved up to two weeks in advance.
- Study room reservation time slots are in 30 minutes increments with a reservation maximum of 3 hours per day for each student/group.
Important reminders for study room reservations:
- A valid UC ID or Driver's License is required to check out a study room key
- Rooms must be claimed within 15 minutes of the reservation's start time. Unclaimed reservations, including all time slots reserved for that day, will be cancelled.
